Having our first team session in 2024, we took the time to reflect on how all our different clients were coping with the challenges of transformation and how do you recognise the early signs of those that will succeed as opposed to stutter. Through a review of our Nexus transformation platform and thousands of user interactions, we have been able to gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities associated with business transformation initiatives. #### Here are the top 6 success factors that consistently elevate the performance of a transformation team: 1. **Diverse thinking** - rapid solutioning with breadth of contributions from across different teams. 2. **Speak up** - reactions to the red bits on status reports being positive and not fear inducing. 3. **Critical challenge** - people asking ‘is that really true 2 and how do we know’. 4. **Natural curiosity** - thinking on what if and why’s that 5. **Leadership empathy** – in with the team and helping rather than orbiting on a different planet. 6. **Business case** – repeated and consistent reference back to delivering the intended value.   #### What do we mean by Transformation Management Office (TMO)?
