Covid-19 has completely changed how we all work – but will this be forever or just another 6 months?

Working out how to best balance the needs of people, the prospect of redundant real estate and the requirement to deliver strategy, is a conundrum that appears almost impossible to resolve to the satisfaction of everyone.

Watch this on-demand webinar to hear three different perspectives on how to find the answers. We get the inside-track from Matt Sinnott who is pioneering the future of workforce planning at Lloyds Bank through both people and property lenses. He is joined by Katharine Henley – Partner for Human Capital at PA Consulting and currently advisor to numerous large organisations on ways to get people back to the workplace. In addition, and providing a perspective on how advanced AI analytics could hold the key, is Alison Ettridge, award-winning CEO of Stratigens.

Specifically, we discuss:

  • Resilience – business adaptability, workforce agility, leadership nimbleness
  • Responsibility – societal impact, people wellbeing, brand integrity, pandemic response, safety first
  • Requirements – work characteristics, cultural considerations, strategic objectives, commercial boundaries
  • Reciprocity – employee value proposition, reward, career, work empowerment, employee experience
  • Real Estate – utilisation levels, locations, contractual terms, intended purpose, space flexibility
