Will is a partner at Digiworkz with over 7 years experience in Human Capital consulting. His passion for workforce analytics means he likes to put data and insights at the heart of decision-making. He has delivered major projects for global organisations, helping to strategically plan their workforce for the future of work by assessing, tasks, talent and technology.

Sue is an experienced HR Director, Strategist and Digital Solutions Architect, delivering on major transformation of the organisation and HR service. Sue is particularly adept at engaging HR leaders and building the case for HR digital capability and acceleration. Work has included the digitalisation and transformation of several organisations and HR capability build in digital and service. Working extensively on a global basis operating from UK, Europe and the Middle East for major blue chip companies including Qatar Petroleum and Saudi Aramco. Sue is passionate about the ability of HR to drive strategic value through human-centric transformation approaches to digital capability

Russell is a highly experienced HR executive and transformation programme director with a passion for people and innovation. He combines practical experience as an operational leader with knowledge of the latest solutions to ensure clients get the best value for their investment. He will also share his many military and social anecdotes given half chance!

Katie is highly experienced in managing Global HR programmes across the future of work landscape including speciality in development of HR strategies and Service Delivery Models underpinned by enterprise and digital technologies. Katie fulfils the trusted advisor role implicity, bringing significant expertise in building strategic partnerships with her clients, driving forward solutions to some of their most challenging questions. Part of Digworkz’s remote, digital delivery network, she considers herself a true nomad and operates primarily in Victoria, BC but can also be found in St Lucia and London, UK.

Jack is an emerging future of work thought leader with an innovative approach to solution architecture. Since completing his MBA Jack has been on a mission to transform the world of work and build more productive, purposeful, connected teams. Part of Digworkz’s remote, digital delivery network, he primarily operates in Mexico City and London, UK.

Nur is a solutions manager with a global background, having lived in Turkey, Spain, and Singapore. She is passionate about the opportunities around data and analytics to provide unique solutions to complex business problems. She is applying her data analytics and technical skills to provide value to our clients. As part of Digiworkz’s digital delivery network, she primarily operates in Istanbul.

As a part of the consulting team, Defne prepares Digiworkz’s clients for the future of work. Since completing her master’s degree in international management, Defne has gained experience in financial advisory and management consulting, serving clients in various industries and geographies.

Oscar is a consultant with an interest in digital transformation who brings experience from a variety of sectors into the Future of Work space. He is an MA graduate and is excited to explore what tools and technologies can do in building solutions to help shape the work of the future.
